Schedule: Weekends Only – 12-hour day shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg unit
✔ Administer medications & treatments following nursing protocols and state regulations
✔ Develop and execute individualized patient care plans
✔ Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
✔ Maintain accurate documentation according to nursing standards
✔ Utilize critical thinking for patient safety & experience, escalating concerns appropriately
✔ Participate in unit performance improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Active RN License in Wisconsin (or compact state license)
BLS/BCLS & NIHSS Certification required
Flu Vaccination is mandatory
Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience preferred
Travel RNs must be willing to float to other units as needed
