Salary:

• Full License: $54,171 – $73,281/year
• Limited License: $52,026 – $68,659.50/year
• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000!

Job Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Social Worker (Adult Behavioral Health) and make a difference in the lives of adults diagnosed with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders. We are seeking a passionate therapist who will provide compassionate, client-centered care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with adults diagnosed with mental illness or substance use disorders and their families to provide support and therapy.
• Utilize your expertise in behavioral health to assess, counsel, and develop treatment plans tailored to the needs of clients.
• Maintain compliance with all necessary state licensure requirements and provide therapy services accordingly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Licensure: Must possess or obtain corresponding State of Michigan licensure (LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC, or LLP) within a 60-day training period from hire.
• Driving: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and must obtain a Michigan Chauffeur License within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to engage adults with mental health or substance use issues and their families.
