Location: Monterey, CA (Yes, where the ocean views are free but the leadership skills must be top-notch!)
Position: Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – Permanent, Full-Time

What You'll Do:
Lead an amazing team of therapists (think Avengers, but with PT, OT, and SLP)
Keep the department running smoothly—like butter on warm sourdough
Ensure patient care is top-tier (because we don’t do mediocre here!)
Be the go-to mentor, motivator, and occasional therapist whisperer

Requirements:
Licensed Therapist (PT/OT/SLP) with leadership experience
Strong leadership & organizational skills (aka you can actually find things in your email inbox)
Ability to balance patient care, staffing, and documentation (without losing your sanity)
Must be able to work in the beautiful Monterey, CA (tough gig, we know)

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
