What You'll Do:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapy programs that focus on improving strength, mobility, and overall function.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational and speech therapists.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques that support rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
- Stay current with best practices in physical therapy through continuous learning and training.
What We’re Looking For:
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid California PT License (Required).
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation.
