What You’ll Do:
As the RN Clinical Care Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage clinical staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, mentoring and supporting your team.
- Implement and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Ensure the delivery of evidence-based care in alignment with hospital standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing or related field (or currently working towards it) - Required
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon - Required
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field - Preferred
- Specialty certification in area of responsibility - Preferred
- Five years of experience in an acute care hospital within the past 10 years - Required
- Two years of managerial or leadership experience within the past 5 years - Required
