Job Duties Include: providing comprehensive, evidence-based treatments while collaborating with other professions to build a comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program promoting training, educating, and creating life-changing outcomes for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disabilities. BCBAs will implement ABA programs, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and train parents and teachers while promoting a superior commitment to high levels of implementation fidelity. BCBAs will participate in examining research questions and promoting evidence-based interventions.
