Responsibilities and Qualifications
We are seeking a qualified Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team at Golden Bear Physical Therapy. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing High-Quality Patient Care: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, implement therapeutic interventions, and educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes.
- Developing Individualized Treatment Plans: Based on evaluations and patient goals, develop treatment plans that consider evidence-based practices.
- Maintaining Accurate Documentation: Use Raintree to document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and clinic policies.
Qualifications include:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
