Greet patients
Answer phones

Book appointments

Collect co-pays
File and perform any other duties assigned
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent
One year of previous medical front office experience
Excellent telephone skills
Proficient in Word and Excel
Preferred experience with Medical Manager, Medisoft, or other medical software
Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service
Flexibility with hours
Attention to detail
Time management skills
Organization and ability to multi-task
