QASP-S will provide behavioral health services under the supervision of a QBA, BCBA or ABA Program Director. The QASP-S will provide collaborative care, program development and supervision to all entry-level staff, (QBA). This position will focus on being an experienced instructor who may also provide training to staff/families, monitor the progress of goals and objectives through data collection and review, conducting assessments, ensuring that services to clients are safe, ethical, and competent while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP, PT, Mental Health and ABA). This is a Hybrid Position - 3 days onsite 2 days remote.

QASP-S possesses an advanced knowledge of ASD and experience in working with individuals in treatment and/or educational settings. QASP-S is the point-of-service supervisor and ensures continuity of care in the delivery of each individualized treatment program and continuously monitors daily data. QASP-S have specialized training in ASD with specific education and applied fieldwork in ABA. and have demonstrated clinical skills to utilize ABA across a range of environments and with a variety of clients. We are looking for a Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis to provide ABA pediatric services to clients in clinic and community settings.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise entry-level staff through initial training as well as ongoing professional development
- Conduct Parent Trainings
- Provide a supportive environment and individualize fieldwork experiences to advance the provider's skills and performance.
- Collaborating with other professionals to design and implement comprehensive behavioral intervention plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
- Conducting functional behavioral assessments, reviewing progress data, and making data-driven decisions to adjust interventions as needed.
- Leading training sessions for new ASPs on ABA principles, intervention strategies, and documentation procedures.
- Educating and supporting parents/caregivers on implementing interventions at home and promoting generalization of learned skills.
- Monitoring adherence to ethical guidelines, program standards, and documentation requirements
- Maintaining caseloads, coordinating with other service providers, and communicating client progress to relevant stakeholders.
Qualities that fit this opportunity:
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
- Must hold a current "Qualified Autism Services Practitioner-Supervisor" (QASP-S) certification from a recognized credentialing body, typically the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of ABA including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents, required
- 1 Year with BT or RBT supervisory experience, preferred
- Experienced in training, mentoring, and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment preferred

Essential Job Functions:
- Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents.
- Help oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of all aspects of service delivery.
- Foster a positive team culture and supports agency culture/morale.
- Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team including establishing performance expectations, developing supervision plans, conducting performance evaluations and monitoring program progress and productivity.
