We have a phenomenal Occupational Therapist opportunity at one of our partner school districts in Fairview, Oregon for the 2024-2025 school year . We are looking for an OT to cover 2 days a week onsite. 1 day on Wednesday, and the 2nd day of their choice. Dates of coverage from Mid February - Mid May.

The team is collaborative and student-focused, with a flexible Special Education Director who supports clinicians.

possess a variety of clinical competencies and the drive to continually learn and improve

Key Responsibilities :

Under the guidance of a physician's orders, you will assess, treat, and diligently document student progress.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and facilitate optimal student outcomes.

Requirements :

Valid license as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the school district is located.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Previous experience working in a School District is preferred.

Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, assessments, and interventions for rehabilitation.

Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress effectively.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a diverse sped team and educate students and families.
