Job Description
As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking a full-time Dedicated Aide / Paraprofessional to provide in-person services for K-8 charter school students. 2-year Associate's Degree and Paraprofessional Certification in OH required. This position is for the remainder of the current school year and the next school year.
Position Overview : The Dedicated Aide assists in the supervision and instruction of students with disabilities or special needs in a regular or special education classroom; observes and documents student progress; implements plans for instruction; and provides clerical support, as needed.
Dedicated Aide / Paraprofessional Salary Range : $18-$20 per hour
Dedicated Aide / Paraprofessional Days / Hours Needed : Full-Time (7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm Monday-Friday, 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Dedicated Aide / Paraprofessional Qualifications :
- Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift and carry orders and deliveries short distances.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a school environment.
- Able to draft and create documents and spreadsheets.
