About this role :
We are seeking an Account Manager to handle full-desk recruiting responsibilities that include managing small mid-sized client accounts, recruiting for open therapy positions, and over communicate with your therapists and clients. This position can be on-site in our Plymouth Meeting, PA office, or fully remote (depending on your location.)
The Account Manager will be the primary liaison between their assigned accounts and the therapists placed at these accounts. Our ideal candidate thrives in a high-paced environment, has a demonstrated track record of generating revenue, and has at least 3-5 years of full desk recruiting experience.
