Our partner school district is seeking a contract School Speech Language Pathologist for the 2023-2024 school year. This full-time position will involve working with students from pre-K through 12th grade. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of verifiable experience as an SLP within the last three years and a valid SLP license or be in the process of obtaining it in the state of practice.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
The successful candidate will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders in students from pre-K through 12th grade. They will also develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals, and be able to adapt their communication style to meet the needs of diverse learners.
