This role includes an exciting mix of telehealth evaluations, treatment, and training across a collaborative multidisciplinary team with SLPs, SLPAs, PTs, OTs and COTAs!

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders via telehealth
- Educate and train patients/parents/caregivers
- Supervise SLPAs
- Collaborate with other therapists and assistants
- Master’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences, or university equivalent
- SLP license from the Arizona Department of Health Services
- ASHA certification as an SLP-CCC
- Must supply liability insurance
