Job Title: Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team. The CT Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging procedures utilizing CT technology to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of anatomy and will be able to accurately produce high-quality images for interpretation by radiologists.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct CT scans in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Operate CT equipment and make necessary adjustments to produce high-quality images
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with radiologists to provide accurate interpretations of images
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Assist with equipment maintenance and quality control
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- ARRT certification in CT
- State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience working with CT technology
