Job Title: Echo Tech - Cardiac Sonographer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Echo Tech - Cardiac Sonographer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures on patients with cardiovascular disease. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for cardiology, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conducting non-invasive cardiac diagnostic tests such as echocardiography, treadmill stress echocardiography, and transesophageal echocardiography
- Accurately obtaining and recording patient history and test results
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide the highest standard of care for patients
- Maintaining appropriate records and adhering to strict patient confidentiality protocols
- Participating in quality control initiatives and maintaining a safe and clean working environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate’s degree in ultrasound technology or a related field
- Successful completion of a cardiac sonography program
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Echo Tech - Cardiac Sonographer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
