Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Bozeman, MT 59715. The incumbent will be responsible for producing high-quality X-ray images to help diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions. You will perform diagnostic imaging examinations, prepare and maintain equipment, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Obtain and review patient medical history and ensure that procedures are performed accurately and efficiently
- Perform X-rays on patients using state-of-the-art equipment
- Communicate with patients to ensure they are comfortable and informed throughout the procedure
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on patients and procedures
- Assist with patient care as needed, including positioning and transporting patients
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program
- Current ARRT certification in radiography
- State licensure (or eligibility) to practice radiography
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
