Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. The Radiologic Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray, MRI, CT scans, and other medical equipment to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the process
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
- Position patients correctly to obtain the best possible images for diagnostic purposes
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to interpret and analyze imaging results
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
- ARRT certification or eligibility
- State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
- Strong understanding of medical imaging procedures and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
