Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team. The Radiologic Technologist will perform radiographic examinations to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and a strong understanding of radiation safety protocols.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform a variety of imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs
- Position patients properly to obtain high-quality images
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment
- Monitor patients during imaging procedures
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and report findings
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations related to radiation exposure
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- ARRT certification
- State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of radiation safety protocols
