Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiologic Technologist to join our team. The Radiologic Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare patients for procedures and ensure their comfort and safety
- Operate imaging equipment to perform X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and other procedures
- Position patients correctly and adjust equipment settings to obtain high-quality images
- Work closely with radiologists to analyze images and provide accurate results
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of information
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- ARRT certification and state licensure
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
- Willingness to continue education and stay current on advancements in the field
