Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. The Radiologic Technologist will be working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and ultrasounds.
2. Operate and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
3. Position patients correctly for imaging procedures and ensure their comfort and safety.
4. Produce high-quality images for interpretation by radiologists and other medical professionals.
5. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of information.
6. Provide exceptional patient care and customer service.
7. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely results.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
2. ARRT certification or equivalent required.
3. Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in imaging procedures.
7. Knowledge of radiation safety protocols.
