Key Responsibilities:

- Take a leadership role within the clinic, mentoring and guiding other team members to ensure best practices and professional development.
- Contribute to clinic growth by building strong relationships with patients, referral sources, and the community.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Participate in and lead clinic improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma (or eligibility for licensure).
