Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing to maintain pristine conditions.
- Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure carpets are clean and well-maintained.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring all areas are cleaned according to established protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit.
- Maintain an organized approach to cleaning tasks, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working order.
- Adhere to safety guidelines while using cleaning products and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices and sanitation standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with custodial duties in various settings such as hotels or office buildings is a plus.
