The ideal candidate will have a background in quick-service fast-food restaurant management and possess strong leadership skills. *Responsibilities* - Manage day-to-day bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and customer service - Supervise bakery staff, provide training, and ensure adherence to food safety standards - Develop and implement strategies to increase bakery sales and profitability - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area - Monitor product quality and consistency to meet customer expectations *Requirements* - Previous experience in shift management, supervising, and staff training - Knowledge of restaurant management practices and food safety regulations - Familiarity with culinary techniques and baking processes - Bartending experience is a plus - Degree in Hotel or Culinary Management preferred
