Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to our existing clients.
Develop and maintain client relationships, especially with our commercial clients.
Obtain prospects information on quote sheets, provide them with quotes and follow up to issue the policies.
Marketing to prospective commercial clients.
Requirements
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Problem-Solving Capabilities.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn. Will need to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license for CA, we can help you with this process!
Salary : $45,000 - $85,000
