We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Machine Operator Assistant. We are a small manufacturing company with tremendous growth potential. Looking for someone with a strong mechanical skill-set, experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electric motors, and machine troubleshooting capabilities.

About company:

Therma-HEXX Corporation designs and manufactures hydronic heating and cooling systems for exterior amenity spaces using our proprietary ThermaPANEL heat exchange panel. Our heating and cooling systems are installed across the country in projects ranging from small residential homes to some of the biggest commercial developments ever built. Our only facility is located in Portsmouth, NH.

Job:

This position will be responsible for the production of our ThermaPANEL assembly units. This includes the operation of a twin-sheet thermoformer to make the part, the use of a stamping press to trim the part, and testing/inspecting the part for quality control.

We are looking for a team member who:

• Has knowledge/experience in the operation of thermoforming (or similar) machinery. Knowledge of Allen-Bradley control systems is a plus.
• Is capable of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment.
• Cares about the quality of the parts they are producing
• Is a reliable and honest team player
• Wants to learn and grow along with the company

Requirements:

• Reliable, great attitude, team-focused, self-motivated

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Experience:

• Machine controller operation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Plastics or forming: 1 year (Preferred)
• Experience with Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electric Motors

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours, some OT available)

Monday – Friday

Language: English (Required)

Compensation: $22 / hr, starting rate
