We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Human Resources Manager in Joplin, MO to lead HR operations in this facility, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment while managing employee relations and talent acquisition for this location.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Administer Company’s HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to plant leadership team and employees.
- Develop and implement employee training programs for employee career development initiatives.
- Manage and address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and implement effective solutions to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage annual reviews and benefit enrollment processes.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Coordinate with management to align HR practices with overall business goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure the plant maintains a safe and healthy working environment by supporting workplace safety programs and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidential information is handled securely.
- 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate manufacturing employees.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- PHR or other HR certifications is a plus, but not required.
