Job Overview
Thermal King Windows is seeking candidates with a winning attitude, and excellent communication skills, to assist with our trade shows. As the community continues to re-open and we are able to engage the public about our industry leading products and services we need professional and energetic team members to interact with prospective customers and showcase our literature and answer any questions they may have, including explaining our various products and services. Candidates will have their own reliable transportation and be available to work on weekends and evenings as shows become scheduled.
Duties
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and foster positive relationships with customers.
- Participate in fundraising events and activities to promote community engagement and brand visibility.
- Gather market intelligence by assessing customer needs and preferences, providing valuable feedback to the marketing team.
- Travel no farther than 90 miles to work events, to educate possible customers on the products we sell.
- Host a free raffle at local events to give customers a chance at winning windows or doors.
- Have a through understanding of the products we sell.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities when supervising others.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for engaging with people in diverse environments.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
