What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spray Foam Installer position at Thermal Solutions INC?
We are looking for a reliable and Coachable candidate interested in joining our building insulation team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in insulation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Install insulation in commercial and residential buildings
- Train to Operate spray foam equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare job sites by cleaning and prepping surfaces
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- Drive company vehicles to job sites
- Maintain equipment and tools
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Previous experience in insulation preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
