Job Summary

This role requires someone with substantial experience as a machinist and programmer who can manage parts production independently and without supervision. You will be responsible for programming, setting up, and running parts from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and set up CNC machines, including loading tools, probing parts, and ensuring precision.
- Operate machines to produce parts independently, from material cutting through final production.
- Use Fusion 360 CAM software to program complex parts.
- Understand and apply advanced GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Utilize various metrology equipment for quality checks and measurements.
- 5-10 years of experience in the machining/programming industry.
- Required experience with Fusion 360 CAM.
- Strong understanding and experience with Fanuc, Renishaw, and either Fadal or Doosan/DN Solutions systems are a plus.
- Proficiency in programming complex parts.
- Manual lathe experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- CAM Programming: Minimum 3 years (required)
- CNC Milling Machine Operation: Minimum 5 years (required)
- Experience with aerospace or defense parts is a plus.
- Patience and focus skills related to precision hands-on assembly
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality, ensuring compliance with AS9100D standards.
