Service Wizards is now seeking a HVAC Installer - Journeyman to join our team at our Tulsa location. Service Wizards is proud to maintain a full-service HVAC fleet in the Tulsa metropolitan area. Service Wizards specializes in servicing residential & commercial applications and provides new construction services. These services include HVAC system design, preventative maintenance, on-demand service, and overall system support. Service Wizards' goal is to provide rapid and reliable service to its customers. Role and Responsibilities:
- Install all types of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Perform system inspections and assessments to determine installation requirements.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeframe.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations during installation processes.
- Interpret and follow technical manuals, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
- Test installed systems for proper functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
- EPA Certification (Preferred)
- OK Journeyman License (Required)
- Driver's License & clean driving record (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with Smartphone, iPad etc.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Strong attention to safety
- Ability to work independently and on a team
