- Foster a successful team through cultivating the technical and professional skills and capabilities of the team, promoting continuous professional growth while efficiently allocating resources to ensure precise and timely delivery of services.
- Drive prompt and quality delivery of all projects and collaborate with engineers, contractors, end-users, and internal teams to resolve field issues promptly
- As the technical expert, you’ll provide final approval of product selections on complex projects, oversee the design layouts, quotes, product shipments, installation and completion of projects as well as provide support to the Service Department for field-related issues
- Stay abreast of industry standards and technological advancements and help to drive the company’s growth
- 5 years of proven people management experience
- High school diploma is required.
- Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to support multiple projects
- Boiler/HVAC knowledge is highly desirable and a technical aptitude with the curiosity to learn is required.
- A demonstrated ability to work through complex situations with positive outcomes
