Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients directly at their premises to pinpoint issues and propose effective resolutions.
• Oversee projects and ensure timely execution.
• Be a key player in the Service Department, integrating with Senior Team Members and nurturing upcoming technicians.
• Generate comprehensive reports outlining day-to-day operations.
• Actively advance your skills through our Growth Program.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, prepared for weekends and post-business hour readiness.
  
  

Qualifications You Bring

• Possess at least 3 years of on-site experience in the Boiler Industry alongside a High School diploma.
• Proficient understanding of Boiler room devices, testing tools, and Parallel Positioning technology.
• Skilled in electrical systems, including troubleshooting and control system installations. Familiarity with PLC Programs is a must.
• Openness to accommodate work beyond standard hours, if required.
• Must hold a current and valid Driver’s license.
• Excellent customer-relations and professional communication abilities.
• Effectively prioritize tasks under tight deadlines, ensuring precision and efficiency.
