- Partner with local service managers and team members to provide exceptionally positive customer service by modeling attentiveness to customer needs and building trust by delivering timely on customer commitments.
- Guide the development of technical service strategies and operational goals.
- Establish measurable standards to evaluate operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
- Partner with local service managers to recruit, hire, inspire, and develop talented team members.
- Coach team members by setting clear and consistent objectives and providing meaningful on-going feedback.
- Demonstrate commitment to team member training and development programs to continue to enhance team cohesiveness and retention.
- Plans, implements, monitors, and forecasts budgets to achieve financial objectives
- At least Ten (10) years' experience leading within a service operations role required and a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience with commercial boilers, HVAC's or other full-service industries is required
- Working knowledge of an EOS is beneficial.
- Proven leadership that has demonstrated innovative and strategic thinking, resulting in significant outcomes for the organization and a passion for driving outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Commitment to the development and advancement of the team through mentoring and motivating.
- Previous management experience required with the understanding and experience with full P&L responsibilityand professional acumen to manage multiple aspects of the organization
- Skilled at presenting financial and performance data clearly and succinctly in a group setting
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the Central / North FL and South GA area.
