As the Aftermarket Specialist, you will grow sales in a defined territory through the creation, management, and maintenance of accounts. Focus on improving efficiency and reliability of customer’s equipment and removing the worry from their daily operations. This includes heavy customer engagement to ensure strong relationships are created and maintained at all levels of the customer’s organization.

- Serve as a strategic resource to customers relative to product, operations, regulation compliance, availability and expertise of manpower to perform upgrades, repairs and maintenance
- Successfully handle the advancement and completion of multiple simultaneous customer projects
- Generate quotes and perform follow-up activities
- Meet and/or exceed annual sales goals
- Generate and cultivate new customers, business, and relationships
- Troubleshoot and evaluate systems to make recommendations for system corrections, improvements, and upgrades
- Utilize computer skills to create presentations, reports, territory trends, job logs, CRM updates, OneNotes, etc.
- At least 5 years of outside sales experience and a high school diploma is required.
- Boiler/HVAC knowledge is highly desirable and a technical aptitude with the curiosity to learn is required.
- Computer proficiency with programs such as Microsoft

- Ability to manage time and handle competing priorities while ensuring accuracy.
