Thermal Tech is hiring a Service Coordinator to join our team in Thomasville, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Service Department’s workflow, including scheduling, customer and service personnel communication, and paperwork processing. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask is essential for success in this role.
This position works Monday-Friday from 7:30AM-4:00PM and is fully onsite.

Job Duties
- Answer phone calls from customers, take accurate messages, and relay accordingly.
- Acquire and maintain customer PO’s for all work performed.
- Schedule work for technicians including prioritizing and dispatching emergency service calls.
- Contact customers for preventative maintenance.
- Coordinate schedules with outside parties (subcontractors, inspectors, etc.).
- Coordinate with Parts Department to ensure all parts are available for all jobs.
- Follow up with customers after completion of service work.
- Maintain customer files. Perform other related duties.
Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior HVAC or similar related industry experience is strongly preferred
- Prior service department knowledge is preferred
