Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as Skidsteers, Mini Excavators, roller, Paver, Milling Machine on construction sites.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery to minimize risks.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling techniques are used.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to best practices for site management.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery including ones listed above.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Experience with commercial driving and understanding of transportation regulations.
