WE OFFER COMPRESSED WORK WEEK: Our company offers flexible work schedules. After a successful job entry period, employees may work five 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, or four 10-hour days either Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. For those who work 4-10's, you will have the option to flex your start time at 5 a.m., 6 a.m. or 7 a.m.
POSTION SUMMARY: The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling products or components according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and troubleshooting any issues during the assembly process. This role involves using hand tools, machines, and work orders to assemble parts, test functionality, and maintain an efficient workflow to support production goals. The technician works closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate assembly of products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Independently carry out general assembly procedures and work by work order instruction sheet.
Assemble subassemblies or parts of subassemblies to main component.
Install electrical parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.
Check assembly for quality standards.
Keep work area neat, clean, and orderly.
SKILLS NEEDED:
Someone who is respectful, has a positive outlook, and can effectively communicate by listening and speaking.
Must be good with your hands and have some experience in mechanical or assembly work.
Must be able to use basic hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, some automated screwdrivers, wire strippers, wrenches and more.
Individuals who have fabrication, welding, soldering, brazing, hvac, electrical or industrial assembly are encouraged to apply as our company is expanding quickly and we need people with these skills.
Someone who is accurate and consistent.
Someone who is organized and detail oriented.

Hours: Standard operating hour are 7 am to 3:30 pm, M-F with voluntary overtime frequently available.
Pay Range: $15-$20 is based on technical skills and experience.
