- Provide expertise in compensation planning and administration to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Manage territory alignment administration and serve as a liaison between the selling organization and internal operational groups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 10 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, or Sales Compensation management roles.
- Global experience working across various regions, strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to interact successfully across organizational levels and functions.
