Job Description:
This role involves overseeing key aspects of capital and capacity management of North American and EU laboratories and ensuring compliance to company SOPs, policies, and client requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and execute project contracts, define project scope, pricing, and business interactions with clients, business development, and inside sales.
- Manage staff, including interviewing, job description preparation, professional development, goal setting, performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
- Ensure financial goals for the business are met through strategic planning, capabilities development, and financial management of projects, revenues, and costs.
- Oversee laboratory operations and ensure compliance to company SOPs, policies, and client requirements.
