About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scientific Technical Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing key aspects of capital and capacity management of North American and EU laboratories, as well as overseeing validation testing.
You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This will include managing laboratory capital budgets, developing business cases for investment and expansion, and maintaining strategic relationships with clients.
- Provide medical consultation to team members and answer study-related medical questions.
- Communicate with associates and clients, maintaining an open line of communication to ensure all procedures are followed appropriately.
- Lead the monitoring, evaluation and action plan as needed on safety variables during a clinical trial.
