About the Job
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Sr. Director, Sales Operations & Incentive Compensation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting PSG Global Sales in achieving growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales operations and incentive compensation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective governance and alignment across processes/systems.
- Provide expertise in compensation planning and administration to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Manage territory alignment administration and serve as a liaison between the selling organization and internal operational groups.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sales teams, stakeholders, and internal partners to ensure collaborative and effective partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 10 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, or Sales Compensation management roles.
- Global experience working across various regions, strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to interact successfully across organizational levels and functions.
