Key Responsibilities
The Scientific Technical Director will be responsible for:
- Negotiating and executing project contracts, defining project scope, pricing and business and contractual interactions with clients, business development and inside sales.
- Managing staff, including interviewing and selection, job description preparation, professional development, goal setting, performance management, coaching and mentoring, employee counseling, and separations.
- Financial management of projects, revenues and costs, ensuring the financial goals for the business are met, strategic planning and capabilities development.
- Overseeing laboratory operations and ensuring compliance to company SOPs and policies and client requirements.
