Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced laboratory professional to oversee key aspects of capital and capacity management for our North American and EU laboratories.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and execute project contracts, define project scope, pricing and business interactions with clients, business development and inside sales.
- Manage staff, including interviewing and selection, job description preparation, professional development, goal setting, performance management, coaching and mentoring, employee counseling, and separations.
- Financially manage projects, revenues and costs to ensure financial goals are met, strategic planning and capabilities development.
- Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring compliance to company SOPs and policies, as well as client requirements.
This role requires strong leadership skills, a full understanding of GMP and ICH guidelines, and knowledge of personnel and fiscal management. The ideal candidate will also have experience with analytical instrumentation operation and troubleshooting, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
