Job Summary
This role oversees key aspects of capital and capacity management of North American and EU laboratories. The successful candidate will align growth expectations with campus footprints and personnel, plan and develop long-term campus strategies to coincide with market trends, and manage laboratory capital budgets.
About the Role
- Negotiates project contracts, defines project scope, pricing and business interactions with clients.
- Supports sales/marketing efforts and builds client relations.
- Manages staff, including interviewing, selection, job preparation, professional development, goal setting and performance management.
- Financially manages projects, revenues and costs, ensuring financial goals for the business are met.
- Ensures laboratory operations comply with company SOPs and policies, as well as client requirements.
Key Qualifications
- MD or equivalent required. Active medical licensure preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
- Knowledge of GMP, ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with analytical instrumentation operation and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
