Position Summary :
This position is primarily focused on glass wash services.. Key Responsibilities
Picking up and returning glassware twice daily
Washing glassware
Sterilization of glassware
Keeping Metrics of glassware washed, broken glassware, and sterilization of glassware
Maintaining a professional washroom area at all times.
Positively represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at all times throughout the customer location
Maintain a professional appearance at all times
Successfully implement site operations and maintenance procedures with a focus on glass wash activities.
Ensure all site-specific protocols are strictly adhered to, maintaining a flawless work environment.
Collaborate with team members to determine and meet site needs efficiently and effectively.
Complete tasks in a timely manner, ensuring quality and excellence are upheld.
Provide outstanding customer service and support to all site users.
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed to support site operations.
Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
Working Conditions
Works primarily at customer locations, in an office environment to include in and around shipping / receiving docks, stockrooms, storage locations and laboratory environments.
Will be required to work independently at a customer location
At times, job duties may require travel between buildings (within walking distance)
Will be able to use material handling equipment such as push carts
Depending on area of building, personal protective equipment will be worn to include lab coats, safety gloves and safety glasses Requirements
High School Diploma, or equivalent
Must be able to lift, push and pull 30-40 pounds consistently; may be required to lift 50 lbs.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a scientific or laboratory setting.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong ability to effectively communicate and foster collaboration within the team.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Diligent approach with a dedication to upholding high standards of quality.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $16.78–$26.16.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and / or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
