**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sterile Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Sterile Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating various tasks in our Sterile Manufacturing department, including visual inspection, manufacturing operations, and quality control.
**Responsibilities**
- Visual Inspection: The incumbent will be responsible for inspecting products for periods of up to one hour with small breaks once an hour, for no longer than 8 hours a day.
- Manufacturing Operations: The employee will be required to wear appropriate gowning (scrubs, hair net, beard cover, gloves, safety glasses, safety shoes) and operate standard pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
**Requirements**
- Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in a related field such as biology, chemistry, or engineering is preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications: The incumbent must have good hygiene, practice good hand-washing behaviors, and be comfortable frequently using hand sanitizing agents. The employee may not wear jewelry, makeup, perfume, nail polish, or have artificial nails. Flat wedding bands and medical alert bracelets are accepted.
