Sr Product Applications Specialist (SEM)
Leading the growth of Lab Automation business, you will help our Semiconductor customers embrace DualBeam FIB-SEMs automate sample preparation connected to TEM Metrology automation solutions. This contributes to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

- Division : Material & Structural Analysis. You will be part of Lab Automation Team.
