This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, home of our Ion Chromatography / Sample Preparation Business Unit within the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division / Analytical Instrument Group.
Discover Impactful Work :
The Senior Product Manager will be accountable for global strategic direction and vitality of new and existing instruments within the ion chromatography product portfolio. This includes overall responsibility and accountability for delivering on the product lines' revenue, profitability, and growth. They will be responsible and accountable for understanding customer needs, analyzing market conditions (working with marketing teams), defining features or functions, and handling product introduction and retirement. This role spans different activities from strategic to tactical and will serve as an interdisciplinary role between the R&D, operations, marketing, and commercial organizations.
A Day in the Life :
Product Revenue and Vitality Metrics
- Understanding and control of profitability, margins, and lifecycle.
- Responsible for product revenue, margin, and vitality across assigned product lines.
- Prepares cases and financial models; leads the P&L for assigned product(s).
- Analyzes, evaluates, and makes recommendations based on findings to drive and improve performance.
- Motivates changes based on strategic shifts and internal and external factors in conjunction with leadership.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $163,100.00–$225,500.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and / or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes :
