In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all functions across sites to ensure peak efficiency, flawless communication, and compliance with all customer, business, and regulatory requirements.
Key Objectives of the role:
- Establish and improve mechanisms to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality product delivery to support the Single Use Division's growth.
- Assess resource needs across sites and prioritize assignments in collaboration with site and functional leaders.
- Provide thought leadership to site leaders to achieve network goals and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive performance of the operations team to exceed financial targets through quality, cost efficiency, and productivity.
- Promote collaboration across sites and global functions.
- Establish key performance indicators to promote progress and visibility, analyze data to focus and achieve desired outcomes.
- Develop a succession strategy and mentor site leaders for exceptional performance and coaching.
- Coordinate hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews of manufacturing leaders.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and key operating metrics.
- Identify projects and suggest suitable actions to enhance profitability and supply.
- Ensure effective transfer of new products into production.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- 10-15 years of management experience in a complex manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership ability with a focus on customer needs
- Proven track record of building teams and implementing process improvements
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies
